DEPARTURE from Nairobi
It would be unwise to plan on arriving at Nairobi International before 1 PM on Friday August 25 - unless you pay for air-transfer (~$150 US). You may need to overnight in Nairobi.
Note: Some flights to Johannesburg depart Nairobi too early for same-day road transfers. Road transfers from the Mara can meet departures:
South African Airways flight 183: dep 15:40
Kenya Airways flight 462: dep 20:30
(see schedule).

OVERNIGHT in NAIROBI ?

Mara - Nairobi transfers will call at included hotels in Nairobi (see serviced hotels) [airport - hotel transfers: small extra charge].

Alternate departure & transfer options: organized by us for you!
You might avoid a night in Nairobi by transferring from the Mara to Nairobi by air:

We can organize charter flights direct to the International Airport at probably the same cost as scheduled services(extra customised charge - min 4 persons). (see charter information)

The scheduled air-service from the Maasai Mara to Wilson (cost approx. $130-$150 US) (domestic airport) will not get you to the International Airport sooner than the road transfer - (see schedule)

Travel through Nairobi International Airport (see International Flights and power point for more information on flight times)
