Stay on in Kenya and select from the post MARA 2008 Safari packages ending Nairobi international airport. (overnight at Jo'burg International can be arranged).
Fly Nairobi - Lusaka (Zambia) for the magic of Zambia, Victoria Falls, Okavango Delta and more - direct connection from Maun to Windhoek or Swakopmund. Alternatively same arrangement but including the National Parks of the Caprivi strip.
