AAPS International Congress - Nairobi, Kenya. July 27 - August 1, 2008

The 5th International Congress of the African Association of Physiological Sciences entitled "Physiological Strengths of Africa" is being hosted by the Kenya Physiological Society (University of Nairobi) in Nairobi, Kenya in the week immediately after MARA 2008.

The Kenya Physiological Society was founded in 1989. The Society's objectives are to discuss physiological issues, of humans, plants and animals in health and disease, publish information arising from physiological research and foster interest in physiology among students.

The Society is a non-political organisation devoted to fostering education, scientific research, and dissemination of information in the physiological sciences.

Kenya Physiological Society will be hosting the 5th African Association of Physiological Sciences Conference in 2008. It hosted the confrerence in 1992 successfully.
