1) Meet & greet
at Jomo Kenyatta airport for transfer to Nairobi Hotel with
the afternoon at leisure (hotel &
transfer included in PRE-package).
2) After a hotel breakfast picked up by a driver/guide
and transferred to the Kenya/Tanzania boarder town of Namanga.
After the immigrations formalities, you will be met by our
Tanzania counterpart. After lunch drive to Ngorongoro Conservation
Area - game drive en route to lodge.
3) After
early breakfast, full-day game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater.
Ngorongoro's caldera shelters the most beautiful wildlife
haven left on earth. It is anticipated that the drive will
include picnic lunch at the Olduvai Gorge and a visit to
the very small Olduvai Gorge Museum.
4) After breakfast depart with your driver/guide
for the transfer to Namanga boarder with picnic lunches.
After the immigration formalities, you will be met by a
Kenya driver/guide for the drive to Amboseli National Park,
offering unique spectacle; the backdrop is the snow-capped
Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain proudly standing
at 19,344ft, and sometimes known as the "ROOF OF AFRICA".
5) A further day in Amboseli National Park, with
morning and afternoon game drives. Here you can see a proliferation
on Giraffe and Elephants.
6) After breakfast, drive north towards the lush
foothills of the Aberdares Mountain Range. After lunch you
will be transferred to the Mountain Lodge. Located at 2,194
metres on the slopes of Mount Kenya, Serena Mountain Lodge
is surrounded by a dense rainforest that comes alive at
dusk with a myriad of sounds that make the African bush
so special and exhilarating.
7) After
breakfast, drive down the floor of the Great Rift Valley
via Thompson falls to Lake Nakuru National Park, a protected
game sanctuary for endangered species such as the Black/
White rhino and Rothschild Giraffe. The park is world-renowned
for its millions of pink Flamingoes.
8) After
breakfast at the Camp drive down the floor of the Great
Rift Valley to Maasai Mara Game Reserve & MARA 2008.

Pick up from your Hotel (separate booking
- not included) or Airport on arrival and transfer
to the Wilson Airport for the scheduled flight to Amboseli
National Park, one of the most popular parks on the Tanzania
border offering unique spectacle; the backdrop is the snow-capped
Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain proudly standing
at 19,344ft, and sometimes known as the "ROOF OF AFRICA".
Lunch at your Camp. Afternoon game viewing drive until sunset.
2) Morning and afternoon game drive. Here you can see
a proliferation on Giraffe and Elephants. The 56 species in
this park include Baboon, velvet Monkey, Lion, Cheetah, Zebra,
Wildebeest and Grant's gazelle.
3) After early breakfast at the hotel, transfer to
Airstrip for the scheduled flight to Wilson Airport where
you will connect to your scheduled flight north of the country
into the semi-desert bush country of northern Kenya - Samburu
Game Reserve. Here you can meet the nomadic tribes of Samburu,
Borana, and Turkana who have lived in this land blessed with
rich colors and a variety of landscapes. Afternoon game viewing
drive.
4) Spend another day at your Camp with both morning
and afternoon game viewing drives. There will be the reticulated
giraffe, Grevy's Zebra, Warthog, Gerenuk, Oryx, and if you
are lucky, a Leopard. In the evening there is the opportunity
to hear a talk about one of the tribes.
5) Breakfast
at the Camp. Mid morning transfer to the airstrip for the
scheduled flight to Maasai Mara. Met on arrival and transferred
to Mara Explorer Camp for lunch. Afternoon game drive.
6) During
the next day, you have the opportunity to explore this great
reserve in depth. You will see elephant, giraffe, prides of
lion, and thousands of impala, topi, grant's and Thomson's
gazelle. The Mara is the scene of annual migration of millions
of wildebeest up from the Serengeti plains in search of water
and grasses.
7) After
breakfast at the Camp depart driving down the Maasai Mara
Game Reserve. Drop off at the Mara Simba Lodge by the driver/guide.
